SUNCOAST JUNIOR HIGH LEAGUE
2007 - 2008 League Format
The Suncoast League has split with the Collier County teams and reduced in size to eight Lee County Schools. The objective of this league is to further the athletic interests of our schools and their student athletes, promote good sportsmanship, encourage wholesome relations between schools, promote and advance the cause and functions of athletics, and to assist in keeping all athletics operating at a high level in an exemplary manner.
VARSITY TEAMS: The seasonal format will be to play each team twice in the regular season to determine a season champion and seeds #1 thru #8 for the post-season League Tournament. The teams will play a league tournament at the end of each season to determine a Tournament League Champion.
JUNIOR VARSITY TEAMS: Each team will play the other teams twice in the regular season.
