Finance

St. Andrew Catholic School keeps our parents informed in all aspects of their child(ren)’s education.  This includes the financial system that makes the academic programs possible.  Please keep in mind that you can read more detailed information on Development, Fundraisers, and Admissions by clicking on the their pages).

Fixed tuition
Despite rising costs and environmental and community conditions, tuition at St. Andrew is economical and, some would say, a great bargain.  Increases are reasonable and made as needed to assure continued excellence.

Covering tuition
St. Andrew Catholic School is primarily funded by tuition from parents, but also through government vouchers for pre-kindergarten parents and many private and faith based sources, particularly from supporting parishes.  For more information on grants and tuition assistance, as well as various fundraisers, please contact our principal, Mr. David Perry, (239) 772-3922, or refer to the appropriate links.

Supplements
The support that the Diocese of Venice provides allows us to maintain the academic edge that is so important at St. Andrew.   The school supplements its funding through fundraising, donations, and for qualifying families, via grants and tuition assistance.  These other sources of income contribute greatly to our school and to our parents’ ability to choose a St. Andrew education for their child.

Founders and Endowment Fund
St. Andrew Catholic School is one of the few Catholic schools in the nation for which an endowment was established at its inception.  We look with gratitude to the courage and sacrifices of our founding pastor, Father Timothy Murphy, the Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa who provided initial leadership, and the hundreds of parents and parishioners who supported and encouraged this endeavor.  In keeping with their vision, we take seriously our role in providing excellent Catholic education in the community.  The endowment continues to be funded largely by individual donors, but also our annual festival when possible.

Volunteers
We are grateful for the volunteers who are such an integral part of St. Andrew.  These invaluable resources include parents, grandparents, parishioners, and community members.  Their talents allow us to enhance many areas of student life and help to provide the vital and active environment that is crucial to the on-going success of St. Andrew Catholic School.  For information regarding volunteering opportunities at the school, please call St. Andrew Catholic School at (239) 772-3922.
